LDM Global Vice President of Technology and Data Security Earns CEDS Certification
Denver, Colorado (PRWEB) April 05, 2016 -- Paul L. Renehan Jr. of LDM Global ranks among a select group of eDiscovery professionals who have obtained the Certified E-Discovery Specialist certification. Administered by the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists, the CEDS credential is earned by passing a rigorous four-hour examination that provides an objective measure of an individual’s mastery of eDiscovery. In addition, the CEDS certification requires certain fundamentals to be met, based on education, training and work in the eDiscovery field.
As LDM Global’s vice president of technology and data security, Renehan’s CEDS certification is a reflection of his commitment and dedication to providing clients with high quality, expert-level eDiscovery consultation and service. LDM Global is a leading consultant to mid-tier law firms around the world, focusing on legal discovery management and computer forensics. The CEDS credential is an assurance to clients that the certified professional is serious about efficiency, cost-effectiveness and risk reduction in all phases of eDiscovery.
“LDM Global has increased its focus on consultancy, and this certification offers assurance to clients that we have the necessary eDiscovery knowledge to thoroughly understand and meet legal requirements,” Renehan said. “However, our training does not end when obtaining certifications, and employees are continuously improving their knowledge and expertise via continuing education opportunities.”
Renehan graduated from Northeastern University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in both information systems and marketing. He has worked in project management for legal consulting firms since 2002 and joined LDM Global in 2009. He was named vice president of global operations in 2013 and was recently named vice president of technology and data security. Renehan’s new role allows him to ensure LDM Global has the most advanced technology and data security in place globally.
In addition to Renehan, LDM Global’s Vice President of Quality and Process Improvement John Munro, Director of Process Improvement Jennifer Holt and Director of Business Development Sarah Nunham also hold the CEDS certification.
“More staff members are currently preparing to take the CEDS exam,” said Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing Jeff Gosling. “As a company, we feel it is important to invest in our staff’s education and show to clients that we take continual learning seriously.”
