Little Sprouts Launches Award-Winning Early Education on New Hampshire's Seacoast
Stratham, NH (PRWEB) November 25, 2014 -- Little Sprouts, an award-winning provider of early education, opened its 18th school Monday morning in Stratham, New Hampshire. The school is conveniently located within the Exeter Crossing plaza at 1 Portsmouth Avenue at the intersection of Route 101. Newly constructed, the Stratham-Exeter school will offer exceptional early education and contemporary furnishings in Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and Pre-K classrooms. The 8,800 sq. ft. school features three outdoor playgrounds, including one specifically dedicated to Infants, with 8 classrooms and space for up to 98 children.
The Little Sprouts Stratham-Exeter school will be directed by local New Hampshire resident April Campbell. Prior to joining Little Sprouts, Campbell owned and directed her own early childhood center in Bristol, New Hampshire for 8 years. Campbell looks forward to expanding the power of early education in New Hampshire and throughout the Seacoast community: “Little Sprouts is growing in New Hampshire and I want the community to know who we are and what our philosophy is for early childhood education. Campbell herself is a dedicated lifelong learner and has achieved a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a Masters of Education. She is currently pursuing a PhD in early childhood education and has presented at workshops throughout the state of New Hampshire.
For over 30 years, Little Sprouts has provided early education and child care to children throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The organization has been nationally recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as a “Preschool Center of Educational Excellence.” Over 95% of Little Sprouts’ students graduate early reading proficient, with 64% scoring as advanced for early literacy development, and 25% testing gifted.
