LSI Announces Commercial Release of Registry Sync
Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) June 20, 2014 -- Life Systems International (LSI) is pleased to announce the commercial release of Registry Sync, the newest time saving feature in TrensCenter®. Through a custom interface the LSI telemetry and data management system is now able to send outcome data from any LSI system or workstation to the AACVPR Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation Registry. LSI's outcomes program saves valuable time by validating the patient data prior to being sent to ensure compatibility with registry data elements. All new LSI implementations will have the Registry Sync included in their LSI system at time of implementation. The company has a staged implementation plan for current customers who are eligible for this no-charge software update; which includes Windows 7 OS customers as well as Windows XP users.
"We are very excited to bring this new feature to our existing and growing customer base," said LSI President, Korey J. Sixbury. "We have been committed to the Registry from the very beginning as Founding Sponsor in 2011. It is very rewarding to see this essential step for the cardiac rehab industry coming to fruition. We know there is lot of work ahead for the Registry to prove the overwhelming clinical benefits cardiac rehabs deliver to patients, but this is a very significant and satisfying step," Sixbury continued.
LSI's Registry Sync has been in beta testing since August of 2013 in selected LSI customer accounts. "The LSI outcomes program has been a big time saver for us by providing our staff members the ability to enter outcomes data from any LSI computer in the department at the same time," said Lisa Kilpatrick the Coordinator at Highland Rim Cardiac Rehab in Tullahoma, TN. In a discussion about LSI's Registry Sync, Kilpatrick continued: "I also like the format including pertinent patient information at the top of the individual summary report that includes factors and medications for concise reporting to physicians."
