Marketing of South Miami Sunrooms, Screen Enclosures Boosts Leads So Far in 2013, with Help from Nearby Home Depot Retail Displays, Venetian Builders President Says
Miami, FL (PRWEB) July 23, 2013 -- Venetian Builders, Inc., Miami, has used sales leads from three Home Depot stores to bolster its campaign to make more South Miami sunroom, patio cover and screen enclosure sales, Venetian President Chris Noe said today.
The Coconut Grove store is less than a mile from South Miami, and the W. Flagler Street and SW Eighth Street Home Depots are within five miles, Noe said. “All three stores have helped us make inroads with South Miami sales,” Noe said.
The stores are three of 41 in South Florida that received custom-made Venetian sales displays in late 2012 and the first quarter of 2013. “The displays are made in our shops from actual building materials,” Noe said. “They give shoppers a pretty good idea of what an aluminum sun room addition, patio room or swimming pool screen would do for them.”
Throughout its sales area, Venetian has collected nearly as many leads from retail displays as from the Internet and word of mouth so far in 2013, Noe said. “Those stores near South Miami have contributed to our signing more residential contracts in Miami-Dade from retail sources than from other sources through the first six months of the year,” Noe said. “That’s a first for us.”
Venetian designs and installs solariums, patio roofs and screen enclosures in Miami-Dade, Palm Beach and Broward counties, and in the Keys. Its 2013 sales are on pace to top 2012 sales by 150 percent, Noe said.
“Summer months make people think especially of screen enclosures,” Noe said. “We’re looking to increase our South Miami pool screen sales, as well as patio screen sales.”
Noe said custom design, which Venetian uses for every project, regardless of its scope or budget, helps meet customer needs. “Custom design is what allows us to create a South Miami sunroom or patio cover that’s right for the home and the neighborhood,” he said. “It lets us match proportions, so whether your home is a two story or a sprawling ranch, you’ll get an aluminum sunroom addition or outdoor room that blends in.” Options allow homeowners to match windows, roofing, ceiling and floor covering, wall finishes, woodwork and cabinetry, and more, Noe added.
Venetian builds to meet or surpass the Florida Building Code, including its regulations for high-wind areas, such as along ponds, lakes, canals, parks and golf courses, Noe said.
Homeowners can call Venetian directly or ask through a participating Home Depot to be contacted about a free at-home consultation. The Venetian estimator brings a mobile showroom with him to display life-size structural components and design options at the curb.
Estimates are free, detailed and written.
