Master Theologian ScVerlin Barton Revitalizes Modern Faith by Reintroducing Ancient Doctrine
(PRWEB) January 15, 2014 -- There is an old adage that states, “The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn’t exist.” The question becomes why does the average Christian today concentrate so heavily on just their relationship with God and seemingly forget about the effects of Satan on that relationship?
Author and expert theologian ScVerlin Barton wants to reintroduce the forgotten doctrine of the God-Satan-Human conflict. He has written his new book, “from a Darkness to the Light,” to help the average modern Christian re-examine the impact of their daily actions on the battle between God and Satan.
“I want to help open the eyes of the discouraged or studious Christian or even those who just want more than simple information about salvation,” Barton said.
“from a Darkness to the Light” will help illuminate the impact of our daily actions not just on our lives now, but the butterfly effect it has on all creation for all eternity. Our actions effect the status of our position in God’s victory over Satan. This was a belief held dear previously, but is somewhat lost in the modern world.
“I want to help people realize how their actions effect their lives, their world and the world of the heavens,” Barton said. “I want to provide them the information to create a more personal connection to God rather than worry about the strict structure of one church.”
