Matthew Mielcarek Joins Pursuant as Vice President, Analytics & Insights Strategy
DALLAS (PRWEB) December 05, 2017 -- Pursuant, a full-service fundraising agency serving nonprofit organizations, proudly welcomes Matthew Mielcarek as Vice President of Analytics & Insights Strategy. Matthew has over 15 years of experience serving nonprofit organizations with technology solutions to drive fundraising, communication and mission-focused growth.
In his role as Vice President of Analytics & Insights Strategy, Matthew will work hand-in-hand with C-level nonprofit executives to unlock latent value in constituent and transaction data. He will engage with fundraisers to validate current strategies and identify untapped opportunities for growth.
“I believe that opportunities presented through every single donor interaction have never been greater. What can analysis tell us about potential value of our most valuable prospects? What's their profile? What are their preferences? This data has a story to tell,” said Matthew. “Pursuant is building breakthrough business intelligence solutions. We're taking the best of data analytics and creating tools that are accessible to fundraisers—including dashboards, data visualization and predictive analytics. By empowering clients to take action with each insight, we’re using data to change the world!”
Matthew has worked with over 100 nonprofit organizations throughout the U.S., Canada and Australia to help define and execute online and integrated strategies. Most recently he served as Director of Client Service at Heller Consulting, where he worked as a strategist and engagement manager with stakeholder champions to “build the case” for CRM and donor database change.
Prior to that Matthew served as Vice President of Strategy & UX Design at Charity Dynamics, where he led a team of integrated fundraising consultants responsible for working with nonprofit executives to marry opportunity with online fundraising strategies. He also served as Director of Client Success Services at Convio (and subsequently Blackbaud), where he helped organizations use their products most effectively and launched the Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Benchmark Study.
“Throughout his career, Matthew has been focused on helping nonprofit leaders define and implement strategies that drive results and maximize their return on investment,” Pursuant CEO Trent Ricker said. “He has driven growth by applying test-and-learn principles to fundraising and engagement programs, and he is passionate about gleaning best practices and sharing that body of knowledge with others. His knowledge and expertise will be incredibly beneficial to our clients.”
Matthew earned a degree in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin. He currently lives and works in East Austin.
