memoryBlue Honors 2017 Alumni of the Year Program Winner
Vienna, VA (PRWEB) September 06, 2017 -- memoryBlue today awarded former employee Julianne Sweat their 2017 Alumni of the Year title in an official ceremony held near the company’s Virginia headquarters. The award is the company’s highest honor and annually goes to a former employee the firm recognizes due to their outstanding professional work. Sweat currently serves as a Sales Development Manager at Outreach.io, the nation’s leading sales engagement platform.
She beat out a packed field of over 50 applicants to win the award, including a sensational set of finalists that featured accomplished sales professionals Keith Hoffmann (Director, Enterprise Strategic Accounts, ProcessMAP) and Matt Bright (Account Executive, Recorded Future).
“I’m thrilled to accept this award from memoryBlue,” said Sweat. “Launching my career with a company that is so committed to the growth and development of top sales talent was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.”
Helping select the award winner this year was a panel comprised of highly accomplished sales professionals. These individuals have spent their careers furthering the sales industry as well as building bridges between talented college students and the sales profession. The panelists included Trish Bertuzzi (President and Chief Strategist, The Bridge Group), Ralph Barsi (Senior Director, Global Demand Center, ServiceNow) and Nathan Curtis (Division Manager and Training Coordinator, The AroundCampus Group).
“Our panelists had a very difficult choice this year,” commented the company’s Managing Partner and Co-Founder, Chris Corcoran. “The field of applicants was crowded and the finalists were each exceptional. Julianne is a great ambassador for memoryBlue and a well-deserving recipient of this award.”
After over 15 years of work helping technology-oriented companies achieve revenue growth, hundreds of memoryBlue Alumni have elevated into roles with some of high-tech’s most recognizable names and hottest startups. The memoryBlue Alumni of the Year Award annually recognizes individuals who have achieved outstanding accomplishments in their sales careers.
Sweat is the third all-time winner of the award and will receive a $5,000 paid vacation to the destination of her choice for winning the title. Prior award winners Sohale Razmjou (2015) and Taylor Pierce (2016) were on-hand to join the ceremony.
