Michael Cody Joins CounterTack Board of Advisors
WALTHAM, Mass. Having served as vice president of several large technology companies including Raytheon and EMC, Cody brings his extensive knowledge in corporate development to CounterTack.
Recruited by Raytheon’s Board and CEO in 2009, Cody was hired to strengthen Raytheon’s acquisition capabilities. During his tenure at Raytheon, Cody was responsible for closing over 15 acquisitions, including many of the industry’s most strategic transaction such as Applied Signal Technology, Inc., Blackbird Technologies, SafeNet Government Solutions, Technology Associates, Inc., Teligy, Trusted Computer Systems, and Websense. As CounterTack investigates potential acquisition targets to complement its current offerings and increase the speed of technology development, Cody will be instrumental in helping identify targets and drive this activity.
