MiCORE Solutions Executives Speaking at IOUG COLLABORATE '16
Reston, Virginia (PRWEB) March 03, 2016 -- MiCORE Solutions, a provider of database consulting, remote database management, and managed cloud services, today announced that David Stout, Vice President of Managed Services, and Ram Bhandarkar, Chief Technology Officer, will be speaking at the COLLABORATE 16 – IOUG Forum.
The popular forum will take place at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas on April 10-14, 2016. Stout and Bhandarkar will deliver their presentation titled “Avoid the Storm Clouds: Things to Consider Before Making a Transition to the Cloud” on Monday, April 11 at 9:15 a.m. in Reef E.
As more and more organizations look toward the cloud, the demand for information around how to successfully make the transition from on premise to cloud computing has never been greater. MiCORE will share best practices for selecting a cloud provider, the process for making a seamless transition, and two use cases of client organizations that moved their core customer-facing applications to the cloud. Attendees will walk away from the session with an understanding of the process taken to move critical production workloads to the cloud and how to mitigate cloud migration challenges.
“We are excited to both present and learn alongside this group of experts who share our passion for exploring how the cloud continues to evolve,” says Stout. “Given the breadth and depth of information that will be shared, this should be a standout event. We are very much looking forward to participating.”
