MindPetal Software Solutions, Inc. and Exari Systems, Inc. Announce Reseller Agreement
Rockville, MD (PRWEB) April 16, 2014 -- MindPetal Software Solutions, Inc. (MindPetal) and Exari Systems, Inc. (Exari) have formed a new strategic partnership designed to provide end-to-end template and forms management solutions to the U.S. Federal Government. Exari, a world-class provider of template and forms management software, will receive a boost in the U.S. Federal market by teaming with eight-year veteran MindPetal, a leading provider of enterprise software integration and IT consulting services. MindPetal, while generally being a vendor-agnostic COTS integrator, has chosen to partner with Exari due to the broad applicability of its platform in the Federal market coupled with its low operations and maintenance costs.
This agreement formalizes a strategic relationship between the two companies and enables both firms to combine forces to bring cost savings and increased efficiency to new clients through increased simplicity, elimination of redundancy, and the sheer reduction in volume of managed templates and forms.
Sony George, President and CEO of MindPetal, indicates, “This solution will allow our clients the ability to remain responsive to changing regulations, policies, and data with more elasticity, reduced cost, and, most importantly, less risk. We’ve found that Exari’s software platform provides the most effective and cost efficient way for our government clients to combine and integrate their existing Word and other document assets into fewer, easier to maintain forms that incorporate all of the necessary business logic. Further, Exari Smart Modules support the use of global variables, which improve information consistency while eliminating the dependence on hard-coded variables which are costly and unnecessarily time-consuming to maintain.”
“We are extremely excited to be working closely with a proven integrator like MindPetal and believe this partnership will enable Exari to gain more traction in the Government marketplace,” says Terry Lee, President of Exari. “Not only are Government agencies facing ongoing budget constraints, but they’re also under increasing pressure to provide greater transparency and accountability. Our solution enables them to do more and to do it with fewer resources.”
