The guarantee commits to a 4-hour delivery window and backs it up with $100 credit if they miss the delivery window.
Customers will be provided a 4-hour delivery guarantee window the day before the scheduled delivery. If the portable storage container or ground level office is not delivered within the window, the customer will receive a $100 credit for a future delivery.
This is the first time in the 30-year history of Mobile Mini that they have offered a delivery guarantee, and they chose the Atlanta location to launch this program. The Atlanta branch has been delivering secure portable storage to Atlanta and the surrounding areas since 2009. Since local branch manager, James Wintzell took over, the location has exceeded its customer service scores as measured by NPS. In October they received an NPS score of 92.0. Operationally, Mr. Wintzell and his team are in a position to make this delivery guarantee program a successful initiative.
