Narconon Freedom Center Michigan Gets New Drug Rehab Website
Albion, MI (PRWEB) July 25, 2013 -- Narconon Freedom Center has a new website for their holistic alcohol and drug rehabilitation center that can be found at http://www.narcononmichiganfreedomcenter.com.
The new site provides information for those looking for the unique drug-free program that does not give one drug to get someone off a different drug. The program starts with a drug-free withdraw that includes proper nutrition and minimal discomfort. The next step is the NARCONON New Life Detoxification program to get all the drug toxins out of the body which can contribute to cravings. This step also includes providing more nutrition to help heal the body. After this a series of life skills courses are taken so both the body and mind are addressed. These courses help improve the person’s communication
Statistics reported by the National Institute on Drug Abuse reports the number of people addicted to drugs is around 23.5 million. In addition to those addicted to illicit substances, there are alcoholics. The Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reported the number of alcoholics is around 16 million people. The CDC also reports that 100 people a day are dying of prescription drug overdose.
Sadly, only about 2.5 million addicts actually seek treatment ever year, which leaves many suffering addicts out on the streets.
“We are on a major campaign to help raise awareness of the national drug problem with the hope of helping more addicts who are struggling with alcohol and drug abuse. Our new website it just one of the many steps we are taking as part of this campaign,” says Brian Kuehne, Executive Director, Narconon Freedom Center. “We are also training more people to do drug education in Michigan schools and civic groups to help raise awareness. Drug education delivered in schools and parents talking with children about drugs has been effective in helping keep kids off drugs.”
