Williamsburg, Virginia (PRWEB) July 17, 2014 -- Dr. Ron Sheffield was presented the Badger Award, April 12, 2014, at The American Indian Business Leaders Conference (AIBL) in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Sheffield is a member of the Quechan Native American Tribe of Fort Yuma, Arizona and serves as President and Managing Director of Organizational Sciences and Culture, Inc., a Native American, privately held management consulting firm based in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Our ancestors survived and flourished from the collaborative work of many.”
The American Indian Business Leaders (AIBL) was established in 1994 with a mission to increase the representation of American Indians and Alaska Natives in business through education and leadership opportunities.
