(PRWEB UK) 10 November 2014 -- The first two hours after a child goes missing are the most critical. I-Care aims to help people share information instantly about the lost child to maximise the impact of the search.
I-Care is the new mobile app that helps people find lost persons, pets or items by allowing the user to instantly share information about someone missing to everyone with the app within a 20 mile radius and to the world on social media.
App creator Stephen Grant of Aberdeen said “I had read in the press that when a child goes missing the first few hours are critical. I thought there must be some way to inform the local community to start the missing person search quickly but I could find nothing. Hence my reason for creating I-Care."
The app can be used with iOS 6.0 or later and compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch; as well as android products. The main language at the moment is English and can be used in any country that speaks English. Within the near future, the app will become multi-lingual – more to be released on that.
The app launches on Apple and Android on the 10th of November.
