New Book Guides Women Through Middle Age
NEW YORK (PRWEB) September 15, 2016 -- Lea Ausch Alteras Ph.D. redefines what middle age means for women in her new book “Women’s Midlife Anim-Morphosis: Unlock your Inner Power and be Present to Your Life” (published by Balboa Press). This is an empowering and comprehensive guide that addresses important topics, questions, issues and confusions that women face at middle age.
In “Women’s Midlife Anim-Morphosis,” Ausch emphasizes that everyone is born with the power of self-discovery and provides guidance and exercises on how to tap into the information needed to create a unique and personalized life plan. Throughout the book, the author refers to this self-journey of discovery as “Anim-Morphosis,” which is the term that means “self-change.”
“My generation of women is providing evidence that middle age is a period in which accumulated experience combined with health and energy offers us choices that were not available to previous generations,” Ausch says. “I call these transformations anim-morphosis. Learning to grow smarter and stronger each day as we navigate through our youth obsessed society, is what this book is all about.”
“Women’s Midlife Anim-Morphosis” is a timely and inspiring roadmap that will help women navigate through middle age with insight, grace and confidence.
