New eCC Cloud Provides Financial Insights to Help Merchants Scale
San Francisco, CA; Chicago, IL (PRWEB) June 01, 2015 -- Webgility Inc., the leading provider of e-commerce accounting automation software for small- and medium-sized businesses, has released a new version of its popular eCC Cloud software. Effective for all eCC Cloud users on June 1, the updates make the software a more powerful tool by giving merchants more relevant information and providing better business insights for optimizing operations and increasing revenue, while at the same time making it easier to use. “Our products evolve with the fast-paced e-commerce marketplace,” said Webgility CEO Parag Mamnani. “Building a multi-channel online business can be overwhelming, but eCC automates accounting, inventory, and customer data in one easy interface and provides the stepping stones to financial success.” Mamnani invites attendees of this week’s Internet Retailers Conference and Expo (IRCE) in Chicago to meet the Webgility team at Booth 1930 to hear about this and other exciting eCC innovations.
The key change in eCC Cloud is the new company-wide view, which allows users to see the big-picture perspective of all their sales channels at once. This consolidated view of the user’s online stores provides a more holistic understanding of all revenue streams, bringing context and insight into the financial health of the business, and prepares the product for new features and integrations on the horizon. The global viewpoint takes away the guess work, according to one Webgility customer who integrates with QuickBooks: "I now have more complete data for making important business decisions, and achieving these things requires very little intervention on my part."
Additional changes to eCC Cloud include a streamlined left-hand navigation and a broadened nomenclature—from “orders” to “sales”—to accommodate varied revenue streams and exciting future developments. eCC Cloud was also updated to organize Amazon and eBay fees in a more understandable format, eliminating confusion by properly tracking these frequent expenses. The upgrades to eCC Cloud make it even easier for users to quickly review transactions and sync them with accounting software: “With eCC Cloud, I’m no longer wasting time and entering orders into Quickbooks,” said Kent Krueger, owner of BigDog eCommerce Consulting. ”Now, I can focus on growing my business. eCC is a crucial part of my financial success.”
