New Granuflo Lawsuit Alleges Fatal Injury: Now, AttorneyOne Can Provide Advice
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) February 28, 2014 -- AttorneyOne.com, a recognized authority on law, updated the website recently and, now, can actively provide an expert opinion in view of the recent news on Granuflo Lawsuits.
A new lawsuit filed on February 10 by a Louisiana widow in Texas Southern District Court (case no. 4:2014cv00330) alleges that her husband suffered a fatal cardiopulmonary arrest after he was administered Granuflo. Granuflo, manufactured by Fresenius Medical Care, is an additive used in kidney dialysis to help patients maintain their bicarbonate levels which neutralize the acid buildup in the bloodstream during dialysis.
Court data updated on February 19, by the US Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation, indicate that there are 515 cases now pending in the Granuflo MDL (MDL 2428, US District Court, District of Massachusetts).
Taking into consideration the latest developments, AttorneyOne.com updated the website and, now, can actively provide an expert opinion including how to get in contact with legal counsel easily and inexpensively in cases of severe complications, allegedly from Granuflo. Sean Burke, director of Media Relations at AttorneyOne.com, adds that the relevant information illustrates that people continue to file Granuflo lawsuits. "For that reason," he continues, "our focus should squarely fall on getting the word out and assisting people in finding the right legal assistance.”
On January 31, a new lawsuit was filed by a New York woman in St. Clair County Circuit Court (case no. 14-L-134) alleging that one of her relatives died after using Granuflo.
Another lawsuit was filed on December 20, by the next of kin of a deceased man in Massachusetts District Court (case no. 1:2013cv13238) alleging that he suffered from heart failure that could be linked to Granuflo and died. According to the lawsuit, the deceased man suffered from heart failure during dialysis and was later pronounced dead.
