New Pradaxa Wrongful Death Lawsuit: Now, AttorneyOne Can Provide Advice
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) July 22, 2013 -- AttorneyOne.com, a recognized authority on law, updated the website recently and they are now actively providing expert opinion in view of the recent news on Pradaxa Side Effects lawsuits.
According to court documents, on May 30, a Connecticut woman filed a wrongful death lawsuit in Illinois Southern District Court (case no. 3:2013cv50707) alleging that her husband suffered an intracranial hemorrhage from Pradaxa and died. Pradaxa, manufactured by Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, is mainly used as a blood thinner for patients who are at risk for stroke or atrial fibrillation. In the lawsuit, the plaintiff claims that her husband was prescribed Pradaxa for his non-valvular atrial fibrillation and he suffered uncontrollable bleeding that caused his death.
On May 31, several plaintiffs filed a lawsuit in St. Clair County Circuit Court (case no. 3-L-273) alleging that their relatives died or suffered severe bleeding from Pradaxa. In the lawsuit, some of the plaintiffs claim that their relatives died within months of taking Pradaxa and others claim that Pradaxa caused them chronic bleeding leading to blood transfusions.
Taking into consideration the latest developments, AttorneyOne.com updated the website and, now, can actively provide an expert opinion including how to get in contact with legal counsel easily and inexpensively in case of alleged Pradaxa severe complications.
