Northpointe Bank Unveils Early Winter Website Redesign
Grand Rapids, MI (PRWEB) December 31, 2014 -- Early this fall, Northpointe Bank unveiled a newly redesigned website that is more user-friendly than their previous site design. The new design is in response to customers’ increased preference for finding information on the internet, and trends in quality web design.
“We believe that a company’s website is their billboard for products and services,” said Katie Newell, Northpointe Bank’s Marketing Specialist. “We decided to break away from a traditional-looking bank website to something modern and client-focused, that better lines up with Northpointe’s company culture."
The new site features large color images, easy-to-use navigation bars, an easily accessible log in page, and a minimalist design. The new website is also a responsive design, which means that it can be easily viewed across all devices.
“The old website was not in line with who we are and what we wanted to give our customers and clients,” added Newell. “The website really needed an updated and fresh look, for the benefit of both our customers and our staff.”
According to Newell, the new website is much more representative of Northpointe Bank and what they have to offer. Additionally, the redesign allows their staff to point customers – new and old – to where they need to go on the website. Northpointe Bank is headquartered in Grand Rapids, but serves a nationwide client base. The redesign also allows Northpointe Bank to reach a new, more tech-savvy generation of clients.
The new website design has, so far, been well-received. Northpointe Bank has gotten very positive feedback but intends to make changes and updates to increase functionality and customer satisfaction if any issues do arise.
