San Antonio, Texas (PRWEB) November 08, 2013 -- San Antonio’s La Fogata is excited to announce their November features. For the entire month, diners can enjoy a delicious seasonal dish and a special tequila. There will be tequila tasting, Nov. 9 and 23, from 6-8 p.m.
During November, La Fogata is serving up their seasonal Banana Leaf Tamales. This entrée has two versions; pork in red sauce or chicken with green sauce. It is served with two tamales of each or of the same flavor with white rice and black beans. Diners can order this tasty seasonal dish a-la carte or to go. For diners that want bigger portions to share, the Banana Leaf Tamales are $25 for a half dozen.
The tequila featured this month is Corzo, Silver, Reposado, and Añejo. The distinctive flavor of this special tequila is developed in the making process. Using a 100 percent blue agave from the highlands of Mexico, this triple distilled, twice mellowed tequila is smooth with a depth of flavor. Corzo has won Gold for three consecutive years at the Spirits Competition of Mexico. Diners can enjoy these featured tequilas at the tasting Nov. 9 and 23 or in one of La Fogata’s award-winning margaritas.
