Montgomery, NJ (PRWEB) September 26, 2013 -- For NUVO beauty lounge, located in The Princeton North Shopping Center, the beginning months of 2013 have been a time to celebrate and invest in developing a great team and implement a plan to further accelerate the growth of the 10 year old salon. Now, NUVO stands poised for a successful future with additional human resources and new location.
Throughout the past year, Owner Jenna Mathewson and the staff at NUVO welcomed six new members to their team: Stylists Whitney Michta, Michele Warmke, and Maureen Wilk, Guest Services Coordinator Jenny Makowsi, and Stylist Assistants Megan Sheridan and Laura LaStella. All stylists at NUVO are Redken trained and further their education throughout the year by attending advanced classes. The salon will also be introducing an apprentice program to train and develop young stylists.
"As our staff continues to grow, our space needed to as well. In our salon, we want to make people feel good, to feel better about themselves walking out than they did walking in. Our new workspace will reflect this positive energy," Mathewson said. "Guests at NUVO can expect the salon to give the highest standard of quality and comfort without the feeling of pretentiousness."
The new location, which is just two doors away from the current location, has been designed from the ground up to create an environment that will offer a truly amazing salon experience. With 12 styling stations, 6 color stations and 4 shampoo stations, the salon has the ability to accommodate many guests without compromising comfort. The larger space also boasts a dressing room and lounge area with a refreshment bar.
In addition to expanding their space, the salon will also be expanding their service menu. Services such as waxing, facials, and other body treatments will be offered in the new treatment room. The new location has an anticipated opening in late Fall 2013.
