Peco InspX Announces Upgraded Case Inspector
San Carlos, California (PRWEB) June 28, 2016 -- Peco InspX is pleased to announce its upgraded Case Inspector. The primary application for the Case Inspector is to detect missing or broken containers due to poor case packer performance. On beverage containers, the Case Inspector can also identify gross underfills due to poor filler performance. When a case with either a missing container or low fill is detected, the Case Inspector will report the row in which the fault occurred, and mark it for rejection.
Errant cases can easily be removed from the production line using one of the Peco InspX Case Ejectors and reworked as appropriate. Additionally, the Peco Case Inspector has an optional Open Flap inspection to ensure that each case is fully closed.
Features include an all stainless design, touch screen operation, proven isotope inspection technology, multiple reject outputs, detailed analytics, optional adjustable height stand for quick changeovers, and much more.
In announcing the latest generation of the Case Inspector, Jeff Souza, the general manager of the Peco Controls division of Peco InspX remarked “our new Case Inspector underscores the core approach that we take with all of our products, which is to provide accurate, reliable and easy to use inspection systems that deliver tremendous value for our customers.”
