Phoenix Energy Technologies Announces New Vice President of Operations
Irvine, California (PRWEB) September 08, 2014 -- Phoenix Energy Technologies, a leading provider of Enterprise Energy Management software and services, is pleased to announce former president of the Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association (PRSM) Ron Rau as PhoenixET’s new Vice President of Operations.

Growing internally at a rapid rate to support the onboarding of several new customers, PhoenixET held their ground and was cautious to hire just any qualified professional as the company knew that this particular position was crucial to its successes.

Previously, Rau held the position as VP of OEM Sales for PhoenixET, and while he will have a hand in the OEM business development channels, Ron’s expertise and years of experience made him an excellent candidate for VP of Operations.
He brings an exceptional amount of knowledge and experience having been responsible for store and facility maintenance, energy services, non-merchandise procurement, retail operations and lifecycle management for over 35 years, with two Fortune 500 companies.
Rau has been extremely active in PRSM since its inception, serving on the board of directors for eight years, and served as president of the board for three years. In addition, Ron has been a frequent speaker at numerous conferences such as, Planning, Equipment, Construction and Facilities Services Seminars (SPECS), Edison Electric Institute (EEI), and Visual Merchandising & Store Design.
