PhUSE Delighted to Welcome Member Number 5.000
(PRWEB) July 07, 2015 -- Since its inception in 2004 PhUSE has become the biggest membership driven community in the biometrical area. What began as a conference for European Statistical Programmers, has evolved in the past eleven years to a truly global community for various functions in the biometrical area. Statistical Programmers, Data Managers and Biostatisticians all over the world, share, contribute and advance at various PhUSE events such as the regional Single Day Events (SDE), the annual Computational Science Symposium in Washington or the annual PhUSE Conference in Europe.
In 2014 PhUSE celebrated its tenth anniversary with a sold out annual conference in London. For the 2015 annual conference in Vienna again more than 240 abstracts were submitted and the conference committee is currently finalizing the event agenda. Besides the annual conference, PhUSE will organise more than 17 SDEs all across the globe in 2015. These events are focused around sharing of knowledge and the progression of the applied computer programming discipline within the Pharmaceutical and Health Care Industries.
Simon Lebeau, a French Senior Data Manager from Ividata Group, has signed up as member #5.000 to attend the SDE which took place in Paris, France. Special Projects Director Jean-Marc Ferran (Qualiance) met him at the event and introduced him to the community.
