Lauderdale, FL (PRWEB) December 18, 2013 -- Private Jet Services (PJS), one of the nation’s leading aviation consulting firms, announces the forming of a new international division with offices located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The new division, which will be managed by Kuky Salazar, President – Latin America, Europe and Asia, will focus on delivering a superior aviation experience to corporations and individuals outside of North America.
The new division represents the first international expansion in the firm’s history. Previous growth has been almost exclusively focused on the North American market. With the establishment of the new division and office in South Florida, PJS plans to focus on the robust Latin American market.
Salazar joined PJS in November of 2013 as President – Latin America, Europe and Asia. In this role she has responsibility for all Sales and Operations activity outside of North America. Additionally, Salazar manages the Ft. Lauderdale office for PJS, overseeing the Sales and Account Management teams based in Florida.
Salazar has more than two decades of aviation experience, starting her career with Iberia Airlines of Spain. Most recently, Salazar served as Director of Charter at EJM and Senior Vice President of Sales at NetJets for Florida, the Caribbean and Latin America. In this role, she developed strategy and identified areas of improvement for the company, and worked closely with clients, developing new relationships and building customer loyalty. Salazar has an extensive foundation in charter sales, operations and trip management. She is a graduate of Rochville University and is a native Spanish and English speaker and is fluent in Portuguese.
