Hampshire (PRWEB UK) 28 August 2013 -- UK based plastic card aficionados Oomph have created the first interactive plastic business cards that uses NFC technology to call, mail, text or forward to a website.
“We’ve been developing this technology for a while to help brands engage with their customers and create a memorable mobile marketing experience with oodles of Oomph,” according to Matt Payne, Managing Director of Oomph!
When tapped, the NFC business card can whisk the user to a Facebook page, show them where your office is on Google StreetView or if a musician, open Spotify to the exact track.
“We worked on a great hotel key card project; if the guest is lost in London, they tap their card and Google Maps will give them directions back to their hotel,” he commented.
