Pop artist, Charlotte Leigh releases her debut EP 'Take A Chance'
LITTLE ROCK, AR (PRWEB) December 04, 2014 -- At the age of 17, vocalist, Charlotte Leigh caught record label executive, Tory Harrelson's "Flossy" attention, as she busted out with her lead single off the EP titled, "Not Another Love Song," an upbeat power-pop song about a relationship gone wrong. The video shows a nostalgic look back at a relationship that didn't work out, and with powerful vocals taking front and center you can't help but to sing along with Charlotte when she sings: "I'm too young / to be sprung / this is so dumb."

Flossy took a major interest in Charlotte early on and assisted with the EP. Charlotte co-wrote the entire album alongside Grammy nominated songwriter/producers, Christian "Davis" Stalnecker and Rob. A, who have written and produced for artists such as Chris Brown, Rihanna, R. Kelly Little Wayne, El Debarge, Donnie Wahlberg and others.
Together with Christian's help, Charlotte came up with her hometown anthem, "Little Rock", which is a fun, playful and entertaining song where she talks about the activities that the southerner enjoys with her friends with lyrics like "we don't surf ocean water we drink it / what you thought about us, rethink it". The song has taking a life of its own, being played at local sports games and talks of major companies using the song as their theme song in their upcoming ad campaigns.
"Working with Christian "Davis" Stalnecker was so much fun for me. I loved goofing around with him and coming up with new ideas and song lyrics. I felt very comfortable when working with him and I feel like he brings out the best in my work. It was a great experience and I really hope everyone gets to see the things that mean the most to me."
Charlotte's future is looking incredibly bright now. Tory Harrelson "Flossy" has committed to seeing that Charlotte Leigh rises to the top and becomes a household name. "We are in talks with a major artist and are confident that Charlotte will be opening for a few stadium concerts with this major act."
