Riverdale, NJ (PRWEB) September 19, 2013 -- On September 23, 2013, Push to Walk will hold its 6th Annual Charity Golf Outing at The Knoll West Country Club. In outing tradition, the organization will have a fun day ending with dinner which comprises of raffles, prizes, silent, and live auction. The dinner program also includes Raise Your Paddle for a Cause, which acts as part of the live auction and has helped the non-profit raise money for the Client Scholarship Fund and equipment in the past. Each year, the training staff determines how the funds should be allocated to have the most significant impact in the gym.
This year, Push to Walk will ask supporters to raise their paddles once again and help the organization purchase a MyoTrace 400. “The MyoTrace 400 will allow Push to Walk clients to get real-time biofeedback during their workouts and evaluations. Our clients will now know whether or not targeted muscles are active and have a better idea of how active they are. Clients will be able to focus even more intently on improving current movements they are working on. In addition, the MyoTrace 400 can provide essential outcome measures for the trainers to objectively, scientifically measure how much progress clients are making during their workouts,” says Push to Walk Program Director, Tommy Sutor.
Push to Walk uses exercise trainers certified in methods known to help people regain strength, function and independence and provide one-on-one workouts to their clients. The next closest facilities of this kind are located in Boston and North Carolina.
