Q & A Software Qhub.com Now Connects to Facebook Pages
Tokyo, Japan (PRWEB) August 02, 2013 -- http://Qhub.com clients were complaining that while their Q&A hubs were increasing customer engagement and reducing support time, some of their customers were still asking questions and seeking support via those clients' Facebook Pages.
"Almost all online businesses have a dedicated Facebook Page now," says Qhub CEO and Chief Enthusiast, Robert Millar. "And most customers of those online businesses have their own Facebook profile. It only makes sense that some of those customers will look for support from businesses without leaving the Facebook platform. So we created a way for our clients to leverage that."
Qhub now has a Facebook App that allows a client to create a tab on their Facebook Page that opens up their Q&A hub right inside Facebook. It displays the same information as the original hub simultaneously, so questions added to the Facebook app will appear in the hub and vice versa.
"I'm not a big fan of using Facebook Pages to provide support, but this is what our customers asked for, so we built it and made it available across all Qhub plans. It's actually pretty cool," quips Millar.
