Ralph Morrison’s New Book Offers Firsthand Bullying Knowledge
Kelowna, British Columbia (PRWEB) August 25, 2013 -- The issue of bullying has risen in the national conscience over the last several years, to the degree that anti-bullying events were hosted at the 2013 San Diego Comic Con. In his new book “The Fear Inside” (published by AuthorHouse), author Ralph Morrison puts a person face on this hot-button topic.
“This is a story of bullying and how it can control your life,” Morrison says, “about the fear that can build up inside you. How it can control you, when you are too afraid to speak to anyone about your problems.”
Morrison offers readers a unique perspective on the topic of bullying. Because he was a childhood sufferer of the abuse, he recalls the firsthand experience of it. Having waited until he was mature to write, however, means that he brings an adult’s eye and emotions to bullying – both the childhood memories and the effects those memories can cause later in life.
“My story is different simply because I never shared my fears. Many others have written on this subject after they have overcome their fears. I’ve held on to mine my entire life,” Morrison says. “Until now, I was too afraid to share my personal story.”
