Rivers designed and coordinated the distribution of marketing kits to more than 1,000 salons across the United States, with each box containing items for in-salon and out-of-salon promotions, instruction sheets, calendars and a Marketing Playbook with guidance for the deployment of each marketing strategy. Shipping all these materials in a single box enables franchisees to plan their promotions months in advance and provides cost savings that stretch their marketing dollars further.
In addition to these materials, Rivers created an online Marketing Hub https://fsmarketinghub.com/ where franchisees can download additional marketing materials, social posts, banner ads, direct mailers, radio and TV spots all of which are customizable.

The goal of the #RealFantastic campaign, initially launched in 2018, is to revamp the Fantastic Sams brand image and forge a closer connection with current and potential customers.
