Robbins Gioia Proud Gold Sponsor of Government Performance Summit 2015
Alexandria, VA (PRWEB) February 12, 2015 -- Robbins Gioia (RG) is proud to announce its Gold sponsorship of the 15th Annual Government Performance Summit. The Performance Institute (PI) and AGA will once again collaborate to present the annual two-day summit attended by the leading practitioners in federal, state, and local budget and performance management. This year’s summit will be held in Washington, DC from May 4-5.
The theme of the 2015 summit, “Putting Performance to Work,” will highlight the use of performance information to improve strategy and mission execution. Sessions and panels will focus on improving program effectiveness and give attendees the opportunity to learn more about how to link budget formulation to performance outcomes, fostering a culture of performance and accountability, how to initiate and manage major transformation initiatives, and more.
“We will highlight programs and organizations that are improving missions through the use of performance information and the tools they are using to achieve their goals,” says Diane Denholm, PI’s Executive Director. “GPSDC2015 promises to be a great exchange of practical strategies and hands-on learning.”
This year’s summit is particularly relevant to RG clients, according to Brad King, CEO of Robbins Gioia. “We see federal and state agencies, as well as our commercial clients, struggling to reap returns from their investments. We are happy to be a part of this unique event for the second year in a row,” he says.
