The transaction included a total of four new investors, consisting of:

● Brendan McDonnell - Executive at Medical Ventures, Inc.
Matt DeLong will remain on as a key partner, and Michael Thompson has been named the new CEO. Thompson says that he is, “thrilled to lead CoreCommerce.
