Seminar to Reveal Lazy Dog Lifestyle-Inspired Business Secrets

The seminar will be the first of a monthly series that will open the door to the secrets behind the great success of Lazy Dog, which Cooper attributes to being the product of “the authenticity, financial stability and generosity of her business ideals.” The seminars will feature strategies and inspiration for both small and large businesses with topics to include: Creating an environment for success; Leadership, motivation and empowerment; Establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships; and Utilizing grassroots marketing and branding methods.
“My strategy is about incorporating a business philosophy full of heart, passion, creativity, environment, community, charity and- above all- fun,” she says.
With more than fifteen years in the business, Cooper still spends part of every day at the Lazy Dog Shack base headquarters to stay in touch with what goes on from day to day. When not at the shack, the entrepreneur spends time writing her second book, franchising the Lazy Dog brand, consulting business owners, traveling the world as a sponsored YOLO Board stand up paddle board rider and hanging with her border collie, Casey.
