Silicon Valley Realtors Featured in Local Spotlight
San Jose, CA (PRWEB) August 01, 2013 -- The Real Estate Marketing Insider published this week’s edition of its Local Spotlight feature, a weekly profile of an outstanding realtor or real estate practice in a less-visible market in North America. This edition of the Local Spotlight featured four real estate professionals out of California’s Silicon Valley who made a splash recently at the Women’s Council of Realtors meeting in Santa Clara Valley.
The four realtors profiled by the San Jose Mercury News on July 8 are Nina Yamaguchi, managing broker of Coldwell Banker’s Cupertino branch; Wynona Denise Morris, owner and real estate broker for Intero Real Estate Services in Evergreen Valley; Jennifer Tasto, who owns Property Services, Inc. in Burlingame; and Carol Burnett, the managing broker of Alain Pinel Realtors in Saratoga. These four women were honored recently by being asked to panel a business resource meeting held by Women’s Council of Realtors-Santa Clara Valley. The panel was aptly named “Leading Ladies of Real Estate” and featured the four panelists fielding questions about being successful women in a male-dominated field. The women spoke about how they balance the demands of the real estate profession with family life, and how they approach the difficult task of realtor advertising while attempting to always integrate and use the latest technology. The panelists agreed that the industry is changing for the better, and that the most important trait to bring to the real estate business is a good attitude.
The Insider congratulates the four panelists at the WCR meeting on their business success, and echoes their sentiments to all realtors. Of all skills required to be a successful real estate professional, a good attitude is at the top. Not only will the right outlook help realtors resonate with their clients and customers, it will make the challenges of working in real estate easier to manage. To hear such a philosophy from four very-successful professionals in a highly competitive market makes the message even more powerful. Reinforcing their advice, REMI believes that above all else real estate agents need to keep a good attitude and a positive outlook.
