Soilworks Hires Veteran Human Resources Manager Kent Norris

Prior to Volt, Norris spent almost three decades in human resources roles for State Farm Insurance, helping the company attract and retain top talent.
Norris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in comprehensive industrial management from Illinois State University.
