Stansberry & Associates Matt Badiali Talks about Market Trends in Oil in a New Report Released Last Week
Baltimore, MD (PRWEB) July 03, 2013 -- “Oil investing is difficult…” stated Badiali. “The oil price is a little tricky – so what I like to do right now is go back through some of the oil trusts.” A royalty trust (oil trust) is a type of corporation, usually involved in oil and gas production or mining whose profits are not taxed at the corporate level but instead are returned to shareholders in the form of dividends. The dividends are then taxed as personal income.
Badiali who follows market trends in commodities says he and his research team run though all of the economic models to figure out what resources are worth investing in and which are not. “We (ask ourselves) what happens if the gas prices fall to $2 and the oil price falls to $60,” Badiali said.
