Stonehouse Signs Products Meet Updated OSHA Standards
(PRWEB) December 13, 2013 -- Stonehouse Signs, a Colorado-based company that manufactures customizable visual communication products and safety signage, is pleased to announce their signs meet the updated Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations made effective September 11, 2013. The new regulations eliminate confusion over conflicting American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Z535 designs for safety signs and tags regulations, first introduced in 1998 and most recently revised in 2011, and OSHA standards that referenced to older 1967-8 ANSI designs.
Stonehouse Signs will continue to offer both versions of the safety signs and safety tags, as they have since 1998. This allows customers the flexibility to pick the sign design that best fits their unique needs. In addition, Stonehouse Signs can customize any product in their extensive catalog with their “Change It Up” service, free of charge. This service allows customers to change the look or function of their sign by changing the wording, adding a symbol, or changing the color/hazard level.
“Stonehouse Signs has always paid close attention to both OSHA and ANSI signage regulations and standards, so we can offer customers products that are both functional and OSHA compliant,” says Jeff Stone, current co-owner of Stonehouse Signs. “We will continue to offer customers both signage layouts on our website, and our expert sales team is always available to guide customers through their various signage options.”
