Stratford School Appoints Leadership Team at Fremont Osgood Campus
SANTA CLARA, Calif. (PRWEB) April 19, 2018 -- Stratford School announces the appointment of an experienced leadership team for its Fremont Osgood campus, which is the first Stratford facility to be built from the ground up. Stratford Fremont Osgood will open in the fall of 2018. The campus’ leadership members include Head of School Ellie Tariverdi; Director of Early Childhood Education for Preschool – Kindergarten Jessie Channey; Director of Lower School Grades 1-5 Asita Anand; and Director of Upper School Grades 6-8 Nick Maramba.
Ms. Tariverdi has been part of the Stratford School family for more than 16 years and has extensive experience in private school administration. She will serve as the Head of School for the Fremont Osgood campus upon opening this fall. As an educator, Ms. Tariverdi upholds Stratford School’s high-quality learning environment that inspires students with a forward thinking and challenging academic STEAM approach—one that she feels prepares students to become well-rounded, socially responsible citizens of the future. Highlights of Ms. Tariverdi’s leadership team includes Director of Early Childhood Education, Jessie Channey, who has held various school administrative and teaching positions, including a Principal and Vice-Principal at Stratford School Pleasanton and other respected private schools in the Bay Area. Recently promoted to the leadership team is Asita Anand, who will serve as Director of Lower School for the new Fremont Osgood campus. She has spent her tenure at Stratford School as a teacher, safety leader, active STEAM committee member, and currently serves as the Elementary Vice-Principal at Stratford School Fremont. Rounding out the core leadership team is Nick Maramba, Director of Upper School. Mr. Maramba is currently Principal at Stratford School’s Fremont Middle School campus, and brings more than 14 years of education experience as a Vice-Principal and teacher of science, history, and math.
Fremont Osgood is the first Stratford School facility to be built from the ground up, and it will feature Title 24-compliant energy efficiencies, technology-enriched classrooms, state-of-the-art academic and sports facilities, a multi-purpose room with fully equipped sound and lighting capabilities, and more.
