Fort Collins, CO (PRWEB) July 12, 2013 -- SMSI purchased Stone Creek Plaza, a 10,000 sq.ft. plaza and converted the retail space into corporate offices and a state-of-the-art fitness center that is accessible 24/7 to the residents of their nearby properties- Landmark Apartments, Stone Creek Apartments and The Arbors at Sweetgrass.

In 2010, they acquired Stone Creek Apartments, a 167-unit luxury, Class A property and in 2012, The Arbors at Sweetgrass, a 259-unit, Class A property.
