Teague Campbell Welcomes Three New Associates to the Raleigh Office
Raleigh, North Carolina (PRWEB) October 22, 2014 -- Teague Campbell is pleased to announce that three new associates have joined its Raleigh office. Justin G. May, Donald R. Pender and Lindsay A. Underwood come to Teague Campbell all having come through the Summer Associate Program.
Justin May graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Government. He received his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law. While in law school, Justin served as a staff member for the Wake Forest Journal of Law & Policy and competed as a member of Wake Forest’s National Trial Team and National Moot Court Team. In his second year Justin won the Wake Forest Zeliff Trial Competition, an intra-mural competition that tested trial advocacy skills and in his third year he was a member of Wake Forest’ National Moot Court team that won the regional championship. Prior to joining Teague Campbell, Justin interned in the District Attorney’s Office for North Carolina’s 21st Judicial District in Winston-Salem.
Don Pender is a former Special Education Teacher and Case Manager at West Mecklenburg High School in Charlotte, North Carolina. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Arts in English and received his Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law. While in law school Don served as Editor-In-Chief of the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Law Review and interned at the Land Loss Prevention project in Durham, working closely with attorneys on foreclosures and real property disputes. Don completed an externship as a clerk for the Honorable James A. Wynn, Jr., United States Court of Appeal for the Fourth Circuit prior to joining Teague Campbell.
Lindsay Underwood graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Promotional Communication and received her Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law. During law school, Lindsay was a member of the National Trial Team and National Moot Court team, advancing with her teammates in the latter to the national level after winning the regional competition. Lindsay also participated in the Wake Forest Civil and Criminal Externship Clinic prior to joining Teague Campbell.
