Tenants.com Announces a New Forum to Hear from Angry Tenants
Austin, TX (PRWEB) August 31, 2013 -- Comments are welcome ranging from funny stories to the absurd. If the tenant feels like they have been treated unfairly by their landlord, then Tenants.com wants to hear about it. The comments will be categorized and posted at the website, along with comments on how to deal with the situation from the Tenants.com ‘Rental Sage’, an expert on tenant issues. Any actual names and foul language will be removed. Tenants will also be able to interact through the tenant forum so that they can assist each other with similar situations.
“Often, tenants become dissatisfied with their landlords because of situations that could have been prevented,” says Ryan Wiggins with Tenants.com. He continues, “The most common complaints that we hear are regarding maintenance issues and the return of the security deposit. At Tenants.com, we are trying to provide the methods that will prevent the issues from ever manifesting in the first place, by making both the tenants and the landlords aware of potential situations.”
To submit a complaint, tenants should visit the Tenants.com blog, our tenant forum, or send an email. Hopefully, by creating lists of the top tenant complaints, landlords will have more insight as to the things that they should be doing to create a cooperative and friendly atmosphere during the rental period.
