The Atlanta 100 Premieres New “Across the Aisle” Video Series
Atlanta, Georgia (PRWEB) November 16, 2016 -- In last week's issue, The Atlanta 100 published the first video of a new eight-week video series titled “Across the Aisle: Restoring Confidence in America.” The special series was conceived by SPR Atlanta President Chris Schroder. With the hope of restoring confidence in America in the midst of this year’s bitter election, Schroder organized a conversation between former U.S. Senators Wyche Fowler and Saxby Chambliss. The two Georgia natives are both lawyers and former Congressmen and U.S. Senators – one Democrat and one Republican – who have worked across party lines.
The series was introduced to readers through a video trailer and 100-word teaser story in the previous week’s issue of The Atlanta 100. In the most recent issue, Fowler and Chambliss discussed the origin and nature of partisanship. In the video, titled “Where Partisanship Began,” the former Senators explain how the U.S. House is “designed by nature to be partisan.” In the upcoming seven episodes, Fowler and Chambliss will offer examples to how public servants worked together in the past and solutions to how they can in the future to reunite our country.
“Across the Aisle” stories and videos will also be publishing in The Tallahassee 100, The Arkansas 100, The North Carolina 100, The Colorado 100, The Tampa Bay 100 and the inaugural issue of The Washington DC 100. The series was filmed by the SPR Atlanta video team at the Atlanta office of Chambliss’ law firm, DLA Piper.
