•Collaboration is key – Users frequently commented on the benefits of remote communication and team collaboration features. Seven of the ten products received compliments for possessing these capabilities, while one product was condemned for lacking communication tools.
•Range of capabilities – While many products were geared towards creating simple wireframes, users of nearly every product asked for more features to create dynamic and responsive designs.
•Interface is important – Designers were often critical of each wireframing product’s user interface. They often demanded a visually appealing environment to conduct their designs.
