Vivian Swertinski is the Sr. Digital Marketing Strategist at Informz, supporting the marketing team. She is responsible for developing compelling research on digital marketing trends and solutions for association and nonprofit industry issues. Swertinski’s development of timely and relevant thought leadership content will position Informz as a thought leader and a strategic partner in the industry. She will also partner with clients to maximize their digital marketing efforts through analysis, strategic thinking and one on one consultation. Swertinski previously worked as a Client Partner at Experian Marketing Services.
Amanda DeLuke joins the client services team at Informz. DeLuke joins us from OptionSoft Technologies Inc. where she was an Account and Support Manager. At Informz, DeLuke will be an eMarketing Advisor for West Coast clients. She will provide exceptional client technical support and help drive clients towards self-sufficiency through a seamless transition out of implementation.
Donald McGrath is a Sr. UI/UX Engineer at Informz, supporting the NBC Universal team. He is responsible for managing the interface with end users and stakeholders to establish and refine product specs, design and develop user interfaces, and create innovative web apps using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. McGrath previously worked as a Sr. UI Developer at Publishers Clearinghouse. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Fine Arts from Ithaca College and a Master of Science in eCommerce Management from NYU.
Dan VanVranken joins Informz from HAPPY Software, where he was a Senior Implementation Specialist. At Informz, VanVranken will be the Client Implementation Manager, where he will manage the implementation and onboarding of all new clients in a timely and efficient manner to ensure a smooth transition to their advisor. He will also coordinate and assist with trainings for new and existing clients, along with building and maintaining a strong relationship with clients through timely and effective communication and follow-through.
Carly Schiavone joins the client services team as the Client Advisor Coordinator at Informz. She will assist internal teams with campaign management, training, and support. Schiavone will act as a back-up for Advisors when they are out of the office and she will join the team in providing exceptional service to turn our clients into Superfans. Previously, Schiavone was on the Client Services team at Xerox Litigation Services. Schiavone earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies at SUNY Oneonta.
Chris Scavo is an Executive Advisor at Informz, supporting the client services team. He is responsible for proactively connecting with clients, providing a strong knowledge of the digital industry, and fostering strong relationships and purposeful conversation with clients. Scavo previously worked as a Senior Account Manager for Internet Services at Epsilon. He holds a degree in Business with a Concentration in MIS from LeMoyne College.
Michael Fabus is a Sr. UI/UX Engineer at Informz, supporting the NBC Universal team. He is responsible for thought leadership and collaboration with key NBC Universal stakeholders, and delivering high-quality, consumer-oriented, and unified UI/UX, and leading edge data visualization across all applications. Fabus will also identify and evaluate new frameworks and tools to enhance NBC's software platforms.
