Tom Shepherd’s responsibilities include day-to-day management of the company, focusing initially on manufacturing and accounting processes. Shepherd comes to the 173-year-old bell and clock company after an extensive management career serving in senior operational and financial positions of several privately-held and family-owned companies in both Cincinnati and Rochester, NY. He assisted these companies with long-range goals and transitions. Shepherd is also a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati and with the Next Generation Institute of the Goering Center at the University of Cincinnati.
