Mitchell offers over 20 years of continuous advancement and expertise in organizational leadership, program management and new product and service innovation.
For the last 2 years, Mitchell was the President of the Slingshot Product Development Group, focusing on Science, Product Design and Manufacturing in the development and commercialization of next generation technologies. Before his Presidency at Slingshot Product Development Group, Mitchell held the role of Vice President of Product Development of Paradigm Investment Holdings in Georgia. Over the years, Mitchell was involved with the organization’s technical team responsible for new product development, architectural submissions, engineering, product testing and regulatory compliance.
Mitchell’s commitment to the industry is showcased by his involvement in many outside organizations and professional affiliations. He earned his Product Development Professional Certification (PDMA), served as an ISO 9000 Lead Auditor and received a Masters in Systems Management at Binghamton University. He also proudly served our country as a Captain in the U.S. Army in Korea, Alabama and New York.

In 2015, Thompson Creek Window Company celebrated its 35th year in business by breaking ground on a new 117,000 square-foot building at 8100 Penn Randall Place in the Upper Marlboro section of Prince George’s County, Maryland. Since June 2016, the manufacturing and warehouse operations have been in full operation, tripling the previous factory’s output of replacement windows.
