Tim Holtz Celebrates the Holidays with All-New Collection for Sizzix
LAKE FOREST, Calif. (PRWEB) September 28, 2015 -- Expanding his popular Alterations™ collection, Tim Holtz® explores classic holiday artistry with his latest innovative die-cutting, embossing and paper punch products for Sizzix®.
At the center of the launch, Tim’s new Village collection features three steel-rule Bigz™ dies that construct a dimensional, vintage home, which can be easily customized with bell tower, snow and icicle shapes.
Capturing the classic artistry of Christmas, an eclectic assortment of 29 designs illustrate the magic of the holidays, while coordinating with past Alterations releases for his motorized Vagabond™ Machine.
Bigz designs of Christmas trees and feathered wings, as well as handwritten “believe” and “wish” sentiments can be die-cut from a variety of materials including cardstock, chipboard, grungeboard™, fabric, leather and magnet thanks to the steel-rule blade inside Bigz dies.
A snowflake Bigz die accompanied by a matching Texture Fades™ Embossing Folder brings dimensional detail to an iconic shape, while a new alphabet’s classic billboard font adds style to any project. Completing the steel-rule offerings are two versatile tea and coffee-themed Movers & Shapers™ dies that lend themselves to cardmaking, home décor, mixed media and papercrafting projects all year-round.
Two wafer-thin, chemically-etched Thinlits™ die sets capture rustic beauty in “Birch Trees” and “Woodlands.” The “Holiday Knit” Thinlits set warms holiday projects with five Christmas sweater design possibilities. “Festive Scribbles” elevate mixed-media inspiration with Christmas tree, star and circle shapes.
Stylizing handmade papercrafts with merry sentiments, Tim offers three Thinlits die sets that die-cut intricate holiday words and phrases in block, handwritten and script fonts, while five nature-inspired paper punches enhance altered art, cards, home décor, tags and more with holly, snowflake, juniper and pine designs.
Adding dazzling texture to papercrafting projects are six Texture Fades Embossing Folders in argyle, holly ribbon, quilted and sparkle patterns, as well as stylish sentiments depicting “Season’s Greetings” and “Merry Christmas” as rich backgrounds.
The September collection of Tim Holtz Alterations products is now available in local craft boutiques and major retail craft chains around the country. For more information, visit http://www.sizzix.com/home.
