UNC Real Estate Conference to Feature Sam Zell of Equity Group Investments
CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (PRWEB) March 19, 2018 -- The University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School will host its annual UNC Real Estate Conference April 12, 2018, at the Dean Smith Center at UNC-Chapel Hill.
Hosted by the Leonard W. Wood Center for Real Estate Studies, the conference is a unique opportunity for students, faculty, alumni and other real estate professionals to connect while gaining insight into upcoming market trends from leading experts in the industry.
Sam Zell, chairman of Equity Group Investments, the private investment firm he founded more than 45 years ago, will give the keynote address. He is the author of the book “Am I Being Too Subtle? Straight Talk From a Business Rebel.”
Glen Hiemstra, founder and owner of Futurist.com, also will speak.
The conference will feature interactive panels on market disruptions and capital markets.
