Vanity Cosmetic Surgery Supports Hispanic Talent
Miami, FL (PRWEB) October 20, 2013 -- For the first time, the largest cosmetic center in the state, Vanity Cosmetic Surgery, chooses to promote a new play in Miami Florida. This sponsorship comes to show their love for Hispanic art and culture, "We always look for new ways to appeal to our public. What better way than spoiling our female patients by presenting handsome telenovela stars?" said Carlos Yela, the advertising manager of the center.
At the same time they want to introduce their “Nueva Cara y Nuevo Nombre” (new face and new name) by launching the new vanitymiami.com: A complete source of information for all the people interested in cosmetic surgeries and treatments in Florida.
The play focuses on the trials and tribulations of a “typical” Hispanic family. One day, the two brothers decided to kill their sickly, annoying mother. During the different stages of the play they think up many hilarious ways to have their mother die by “accident.” In time the brothers concluded, “Killing should be left to professionals.”
“Mitad y Mitad” premiers on Thursday, Oct. 25, 9 p.m. at the Koubek Theater, in Miami Dade College: An original work of Jordi Sanchez and Pepe Anton Gomez, directed by Manuel Mendoza.
About the Actors
Roberto Manrique and Gabriel Porra, two prominent figures in the Hispanic International Entertainment Industry, have the leading roles. Mexican actor Gabriel Porras made his career as the protagonist in many telenovelas like “Donde Esta Elisa?” “Prisionera,” ”La Casa de al Lado,” “El Rosto de Analia” and “El Señor de los Cielos.” After his successful tour through Spain, Porras has returned to theaters.
Roberto Manrique also works in “Mitad y Mitad” as the Executive Producer. He acted in “El Clon,” “Doña Barbara” and “Flor Salvaje”. He drew from those experiences when he produced this play. Manique said, “I am happy that such a respected company like Vanity took an interest in my play. Their support helped to make “Mitad y Mitad” a dream come true. Hopefully, the audience will appreciate the work I put into this play. I can say with confidence that audience will enjoy an amazing show.”
With the participation of these Hispanic stars, “Mitad y Mitad” and Vanity Cosmetic Surgery want to bring the telenovela experience to theaters. Desiring to promote and preserve Hispanic art and culture, Vanity Cosmetic Surgery sponsors this play. They also saw it as a chance to promote their new website’s look and name. Calos Yela, adverting manager from Vanity, says, “I love telenovelas. I also know that my lady costumers love them, as well. We sponsor this work of art to spoil my patients, a little bit. I am certain they will enjoy the show”.
